Bureau of Workers Comp Tower 5th Floor Renovation – Columbus, OH

Completed multiple projects over a 6-year period for the 34-story office tower, including a complete renovation of the fifth floor. Existing construction and finishes were demolished within the 31,360 SF floor plate. New walls, doors, finishes were designed and detailed throughout the floor. System furniture was also provided. Related HVAC, electrical and data system upgrades were included as part of the project.
