Scope: Star was Criteria Architect for a Design Build for 13 acre, with 7,500 G.S.F. office/vehicle maintenance building, 19,000 G.S.F. truck storage building, new site utilities, new fueling station, 2,500 G.S.F. fabric covered material storage building, 8,000 G.S.F. salt storage building, 3,920 G.S.F. cold storage building, monopole communications antenna, site grading, Driveway and parking, and fence and gates.
