ODOT – Madison Full Service Maintenance Facility – West Jefferson, OH

Provided structural design for a complex of four buildings totaling 50,520 SF. The office, truck storage and vehicle maintenance building (32,760 SF) was a combined split face masonry and pre-engineered metal building structure. Three separate structures (total 17,760 SF) provided salt, materials and cold storage. Design included spread and strip foundations, masonry bearing wall and steel framing construction, and steel roof structure.
