Scope: Design Build for 15 acre, with 6,080 sq. ft. vehicle maintenance building, 23,003 sq. ft. truck storage building, 3,676 sq. ft. office Building, new site utilities, new fueling station, 1,857 sq. ft. fabric covered material storage building, 9,100 sq. ft. salt storage building, 6,804 sq. ft. cold storage building, monopole communications antenna, site grading, three ponds, Driveway and parking, and fence and gates. In addition to building permits, Star secured EPA permit for this facility.
