ODRC Allen Correctional HVAC Upgrade

Existing facility is 25+ years old. Based on the life expectancy of the equipment all the existing equipment has surpassed itís useful life. However, with the available construction budget, options were defined to replace equipment that need immediate replacement. Further, over the years some systems have been modified, such as some of the boilers, fire alarm system and etc. Facilities desire to provide a DDC system to manage the entire site would further require evaluation of systems throughout the facility.

A Program of requirement was developed after our team conducted field investigation to validate/develop a program of requirement for the project. POR option included upgrading existing MEP systems such as, Air Handlers & condensing units, piping modifications, chillers, VAV ., DDC and all associated electrical work to bring the systems up to today ís code requirement and functionality throughout the facility.
